Precision Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Metal casing is an engineering discipline in its own right — the tolerances, surface finishing, structural integrity, and weatherproofing requirements are fundamentally different from injection moulding. Our team has the expertise and manufacturing experience to ensure casings meet the standards required for outdoor, commercial-grade deployment. The casing is not an afterthought — it is part of the product.

We have an in-house software team who own and develop the Weidon app. This means we are not dependent on a third-party platform for home charging functionality — and it means we can optimise, update, and extend the software as customer needs evolve. From firmware to user interface, the software stack is ours.
As an ODM manufacturer, Weidon gives partners genuine flexibility in how products are specified, branded, and finished. Each production batch can be optimised to the exact requirements of the customer.
